Good Bartender, Bad Management.
Bartender in Tottenham:
Pros: I like having day shifts where I open and set up the bar, and can spend the day doing important tasks and giving good service and making good drinks. I particularly love learning about our products - how they're made, how they're served, and how they taste.
Cons: Appliances often break, forcing staff to work harder to get around these issues. Management often uses bartenders as manual labour for tasks like hauling furniture, or processing product deliveries for other venues we do not work at
We are also often short staffed and crowded by customers which makes it hard to find time to give good service.
