Pros: The technical stuff. I can talk about cars all day.
Cons: Horrible pay, almost no raises, no sick time or vacation time, and others get bonuses for my hard work. It's a waste of time and I will be contacting the labor board over worker compensation violations, harassment, and horrible working conditions.
