Automation Engineer in Greenville:
Pros: The cost of living is fairly low here, as is the housing when compared to the rest of the country. Beautiful! Fall is especially beautiful, Downtown Greenville in the Fall is magical!
Cons: Humid & hot in the summers, grey in the winter, rainy & muddy in the spring. I love being able to work from my home office so the only atmosphere I need to worry about is my immediate one 😊

Learn from anyone, above or below you.
You will have good days and bad days. Bottom line is that neither you best days nor your worst will matter. What will matter is the average - over a long period of time.
Take at least 3 years to make an evaluation of yourself.
Never stop learning new skills.
If you get stuck in a position, either leave the company or take tasks that no one wants to do.
Once your task is/are completed, remember to make sure that you supervisor is aware of your efforts - market yourself.
