Autobody Technician:
Low pay and hard work! The owner does not take care of his employees. No overtime no benefits nothing! It sucks! And I still have to work during covid 19. With no extra pay. My co workers are great though.

Pros: There's nothing great about it honestly. It seems like GM doesnt even want to pay its employees fairly. They dont provide any bonuses or perks. They don't go out of the way to provide tools or incentives at all
Cons: Doing warranty work is absolutely horrendous. Typically GM pays 40% less than industry standard for warranty. This affects the bottom of the ladder the most. Technicians get paid much less for the same types of jobs
