Associate Vice President for Development Reviews

What is it like working as an Associate Vice President for Development?

February 2019
Associate Vice President for Development:
Company does what they must to stay on trend with the industry and not from the kindness of their hearts, eg supposedly empowering women while the technology leadership team is all men. Execs make a ton while those that actually do the work are paid a fraction. Employee engagement survey was a joke. If you gave bad scores you were considered not to be a team player and dismissed. Anonymous? No. Through deductive reasoning and process of elimination they can easily figure it out. I wish this all weren’t the case but I’m sticking it out for a while more to see if they truly change or if it’s all smoke.
