Associate Marketing Manager:
This place is messy. There is no proper procedures in place and communication is lacking. Changes happen consistently like 30 minutes before things are due. Management keep hiring and promoting people who don't actually have a great work ethic. The perks are you can come and go whenever you want, unlimited pto but some people work throughout the night and day. Also they don't really care about employees and company culture. They pretend but then will let go 45 people to cut costs when the highest managers are making an absurd amount of money and the company is going down because of their decisions. They need upper management who specialize in ecommerce.

Associate Marketing Manager:
Pros: I love to be creative and self directed. I was hired with expectations to create the job as I went along and I believe I did a good job of creating a job I love.
Cons: Some aspects about my job I dislike are that since I am the first person to have this title people do not understand what I do and the expectation they have for me can be unrealistic.
