Very micromanaged and so much bureaucracy. The salary is so-so, the benefits are good for a single person. Basically it's a caste system with staff being at the bottom of the system. And there really aren't any repercussions for the faculty/staff that is at the top of the food chain so they can say and do whatever they want. It doesn't matter how many HR offices there are if none of them actually take action.
They don't even clean the offices but once a month. If you are looking for an easy plan to retirement then you can probably deal with it. If you actually want to do something at work and be treated with respect, then look elsewhere.
