Associate Developer (Trainer) Reviews
What is it like working as an Associate Developer (Trainer)?
December 2023
Enjoyable however stressful.
Associate Developer (Trainer) in Fort Worth:
Pros: My coworkers who are always there for me. I love my regulars who I know by name and am able to ring up their order without them telling me exactly how they like their food.
Cons: The responsibilities I've been given without appreciation or compensation. As well as the amount of drama I work with on a daily basis.
May 2021
It's a fun job cause you get to see another side of your co workers.
Associate Developer (Trainer) in Scottsdale:
Pros: The people who make me feel good sum co workers and others just random shoppers I connect with.
Cons: I don't understand how the pay is so low for managers, I mean we do manage people and have to solve problems and put out fires every day. Then come to find out that if you work as a regular employee you get paid more for doing alot less.
