Could be better, could be worse.
Associate Buyer in Indianapolis:
Pros: Casual office environment, no micromanaging, Monday-Friday work week, more paid holidays than most organizations, opportunities for advancement, interesting field of work, good coworkers, benefits are ok.
Cons: Pay isn’t good in my position, lack of transparency on salaries, frequent turnover within company, not enough paid time off, partner relations can be hard, warehouse staff can be difficult to work with.

Pros: I enjoy wine and learning about wine. Relaxed dress, travel potential. Free samples of wine.
Cons: lack of advancement opportunities. Low pay, bad health insurance. Lack of transparency on basically anything.
