November 2015
Was nice before, but not so much anymore.
Associate Business Analyst:
Pros: The ability I have to be creative with my work.
Cons: Company is losing control over their IT. Frequent server shut downs without determining the affect on various parts of the business. Updating software without research. Company has become very cheap with many check and balances to prevent from upgrading servers and adding space that is required to keep employees working. They recently removed the semi annual bonus from their analyst which was not compensated for after the fact. More recently, they provided a raise of 2%. Apparently this is the cap as well as the low. No incentive to do better than the peers.
