Assistant Property Manager Reviews
What is it like working as an Assistant Property Manager?
September 2023
Positive work environment.
Assistant Property Manager in Benton Harbor:
Pros: Providing service to employees above and below
Cons: Pay and being forced back into office environment

Heavy workload with few raises.
Assistant Property Manager in Pittsburgh:
Pros: Co workers are very good to work with
Cons: I do most of the property management work here and a younger male was hired and given the property manager title several years ago. I do more property managment work now than I did then, and he still hasn't learned much of anything about managing the properties. I've never been paid an equal wage compared to that of my male counterpart.
March 2023
Most of the time it feels like your in this fast paced race to absolutely nothing.
Assistant Property Manager in Pretoria:
Pros: The familiarity because I grew up in Pretoria.
Cons: In my opinion, there are two kinds of people, namely those with money (and a lot of it as too) and the those who are barely surviving. Meaning there is a huge gap because of the middle class that has disappeared.
January 2023

Cons: The thing I like least about my job is the amount of stress I handle on a daily basis.
June 2022
Amazing.
