Stressful, alot of Pressure, Alot to get done with not enough hours to get them done.

Pros: The people I work with are an extended family. We all are there to help each other. Even know there are "Clicks" that perfer just them in it and look down on others and give them attitudes when dealing with them.
Cons: Never time to take a break. To much to get down especially when we're short handed and not allowed overtime. Sometimes leaves the department not at 100% Capacity.
