Pros: Travelling. Creative work. You get to mingle with different people from different backgrounds.
Cons: Long hours.

Pros: The most fascinating part of my job is meeting new people everyday. And since I work for a corporate bakery, there are always yummy treats and delights.
Cons: Management structure does not exist. No chain of command. No defined roles of most employees.

Pros: It is multinational company operating at its peak with highest sales in region in industry and marketing area for the company is an area to focus to remain on top and being DSM is the prime responsibility as its bridging gap between dealership performance and company policies.
Cons: The culture is relatively pragmatic along with dull attitude towards work as Japanese management is relatively slower to operate against American business houses and career progression is very slow.
