I like the job in general.

Pros: It requires a high attention to details, quick & accurate responses, sometimes the days could be busy which I like. I have to be very flexible & able to work autonomously as my director isn’t at the office most of the times.
Cons: Repetitive, most of the times its not challenging enough. There’s not much of benefits being given as an employee. I also sometimes feel lonely at the office.
