Sometime that can be great but I want to be a DM not just ATM and I don't think that's going to happen here. I think it's time I look for something else.

It is very empowering.

Pros: That I am entrusted with almost every aspect of the business and that always me to gain so much knowledge allowing me to more confident in my role and what is required of me.
Cons: Being part of a "Mom and Pop" type business limits me at times to work with more upscale venders and to what I might like to bring in. Also ; dealing in a family owned business can lead to outgrowing your job.

Cons: They removed the part time management positions in the company which put too much work on the few full time managers at each location.
