Economy is great. Affordable housing. Diverse areas to live.

Pros: Economy is great, diverse neighborhoods and traffic is tolerable. Housing is affordable compared to other US cities. A lot of football-HS, college and NFL to watch.
Cons: Months of July and August are the hottest. Can't do a lot of outside activities because of the heat. Some areas of Dallas are in disarray.
