Assistant Finance Manager:
Pros: I am managing more than 10 persons comprising of payroll, provident fund and payments/GL. I have provided a variety of ranges of roles and I am satisfied with my performance and my boss is also happy. He has designated me as Chief Accountant with in 1 year of the job. Timings are lovely, (9AM - 5PM). Maximum leaves (60 days per annum). Staff benefit of a ready plot in DHA is eye candy for every employee.
Cons: Being a government sector organisation, growth chances are low considering the promotion quotas and salary are way too low as compared to market.
