Poor Management.
Assistant Educator in Bendigo:
Pros: The children
Cons: The way employees are spoken to by the management here is atrocious. They use threatening tactics to force you in to sign contracts when you are not ready to sit down and read it, and offer you an alternative to quit on the spot if you don't like the reduction of pay.
