Pros: I like that I finally have an opportunity to make myself useful. I honestly get to define my own job, and my Executive Director is always happy to place me where she feels I am capable for.
Cons: It can be horribly stressful at times, so it's your job to manage that. Long hours of 70+ during Mayberry Days weekend to supplement the lack of staffing.
