July 2015
A Line of work I never knew existed.
Assistant Community Manager:
Pros: I like being busy, I like the versatility that this line of work has. I like doing different things on a daily basis. I am a problem solver and enjoy helping others.
Cons: I do not like the lack of compensation for the amounr if work that I do. I do not like the company I work for as there are no benefits and due to lacm of compensation I cannot afford the healthcare they offer.

Stress Level.
Assistant Community Manager:
Pros: I like that I help people every day with their biggest investment - their home. Most people are pretty nice and pleasant to deal with. There are quite a few, however, who are condescending, rude and ungrateful for how hard I work to help them with their issues.
Cons: The stress and hearing on a fairly consistent basis that we are horrible at what we do and that we should be fired.
November 2014
