Cons: There is a lot of favoritism in all shifts that gets brushed off & that they are willing to let go of very strong & dedicated employees instead of trying to come to an agreement or give an offer to at least show they care

Very stressful at times. Some operators are very disrespectful and don't care about working for the company or how they build the product. I feel like a babysitter most of the time.
