Know your customer.
Assembler:
Must be knowledgeable about company goals. Must be able to read micrometers, calipers, height gauge ets.

Underpaid for too much work.
Assembler:
Pros: I like to put together machines and actually watch them run.
Cons: Unrealistic time to get things out the door. Engineering is very bad at your job. I'm always fixing their mistakes. We put out so many machines to make millions of dollars for this company.

Pros: It's ok it could be better? I mean that in a good way.
Cons: The respect from the team members and management.

Learn as much as you can and work as many hours as you can.

Pros: Great coworkers and atmosphere to work in. The building is very clean & organized.
Cons: Very repetitive and puts a lot of stress on your hands. Also low pay considering you make high quality switches for aircrafts, Caterpillar, John Deere, & others.
