Be ready for change, in my five years it was all great until change actually took me out due to restructure. But we should always be excited for change because things happen for a reason.

Pros: Making projects for big brands and create complete concept designs; branding, retail, marketing in store points, packaging...
Cons: Few time to make this projects and we must do it so many time with non experience external designers. Also we make other top retail projects whit the company design team.
