Pros: Work is manageable and I feel mostly respected by my peers and those I serve
Cons: Low pay compared to those in my field and the relative low value of my master's degree reflected in my work

Cons: Lack of sense of a future and upward mobility. Currently job is highly inaccurate to the work and level skill I bring to the table. No clear plan on how to resolve.
