Pros: Working on the real projects which have so many things to concern.
Cons: Lack of contract development and contract implementation phase to complete the whole design phase.

Gain as much experience in as many areas as possible as fast as possible.

Mixed thoughts.
Architectural Designer:
Pros: The studio environment is great for a collaborative working place, the projects the firm gets to work on are often really good, and the team of employees work well together.
Cons: Of the two partners, one micromanages way too much to the point where it almost becomes an issue, the office chairs are over 30 years old and highly uncomfortable and they won't replace them. There is no set guidelines to office hierarchy of positions within the office as a way of promoting individuals.
