Pros: I like the people, who are understanding that some days are better than others. Positive work environment.
Cons: The work itself is repetitive. Safety and access concerns are not dealt with as efficiently as they could be.

Pros: Learning there is so much to learn in this trade. I also enjoy being a leader and working equipment the passion for the equipment is there inside of me.
Cons: The bad doesn't exist to me when there is so much good to do.
