I likw it a lot at my work , feels great every day to step in there and I feel motivated because I love my job and it is my passion to work on cars.

Pros: Although I am a apprentice , I am a very respected man at my work because of high quality work , fast work , quantity of work compared to other employees in the workshop
Cons: Most probably that I feel I work way to hard for my small salary and qualified technicians for 25-30 years asks me for advice and help

Pros: Free Education. The greatest benefit in my opinion. The best part of being an apprentice.
Cons: Being the new guy, lowest on the totem pole, the knowledge gap between myself and my coworkers is huge right now.
