Poor management, High Stress level, great kids.

Pros: I loved helping the kids learn new things each day whether it was showing them appropriate ways to manage their behavior or just teaching them something new.
Cons: We had a lot of management changes that happened. Great company for what they do, but they could of handled their employees better.

Pros: The few children who have been gifted enough to live in a home with rules and discipline. These children are a lot smarter than some parents give them credit for.
Cons: The low pay and zero compensation for last minute cancellations.
