Pros: Salary. Bonus. Respect. Variety of things that I get to work on. Job Satisfaction. People Management.
Cons: Lack of Strategy / Vision in Top Management. Company that isn't growing as fast as I would like it to. Kind of stagnating environment.

Great family environment with a lot of room for advancement.
Applications Development Director, IT / Information Systems:
Pros: The working environment in combination with happy, friendly colleagues make it a pleasure to go in to work every day. Work challenges are always interesting and stimulating. Additionally, in my particular case, the commute is very convenient.
Cons: The only complaint I can make (and it's not very bad at all) is that at times things do not advance quickly enough for my taste.
