Cons: The ever changing policies and the fact that the communication is minimal at best between tier 2 and tier 1 support.

This company is awful. So much has changed and all for the worst. Zero trust in anyway, pay has shrunk, benefits slashed to almost nothing, management doesn’t care about anything but making it as lean as possible to sell it off. Absolutely nothing redeeming. Don’t work here! Most people are desperately trying to leave.
