Appeals Coordinator Reviews
What is it like working as an Appeals Coordinator?
April 2016
Great.
Appeals Coordinator:
Pros: Being that Orlando Health is a self insured organization, there are no regulations to comply with other than there own and Erisa. No audits, no pressure. No micro management. This does not pertain to the whole organization. The off hospital campuses are not focused on as much as the actual hospital facilities.
Cons: No motivation to move up within the organization. One employee wears many hats rather than employ more people. Behind with technology and process improvement. Need better leaders to modernize the department.
