September 2020
Overall, a good place to work as of 3 years ago. Within the last 3 years, not so much a great place to work.
Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP) in Gainesville:
Pros: Interaction with my patients and the relationships developed. Having so many patients that trust me and only want to see me as a provider. Helping my patients reach their healthcare goals.
Cons: No transparency from administration. Kept in the dark on new plans for the company that will directly affect my role as an NP. Poor for Morale and trust of people that have worked there for years.
November 2019
Hectic and busy. Not a good work/life balance, but rewarding.
Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP) in Atlanta:
Pros: CEO involvement in company, employees I work with, and the patients I care for.
Cons: Very little transparency in salary/bonuses among advanced practice providers. Need a more structured format for this among intradepartmental groups.
October 2019
Satisfying.
Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP) in Reston:
Pros: close proximity to home
Cons: nothing
