Pros: I love getting to help people and help them get started in a career. Life may have given them a hard deck of cards, but education is the one thing that cannot be taken away from you. I have seen people change their life around. And I get to be their cheerleader along the way.
Cons: It can be stressful at times because there is a budget we need to hit, and when you are not enrolling students it can get frustrating. For me its important to always put the students needs before the number we need to enroll, they usually all work out in the end.
