Neither good nor bad.

Pros: Communicating with different types of parents, work timings, pay and my immediate colleague
Cons: their indecisiveness, no proper communication, making a fuss about giving entitled leaves, and asking us to work on weekends without informing us beforehand

Rewarding, but at times unflexible.

Pros: I love interfacing with students, traveling, planning events. Feels like you make a huge impact in a students decision to come to the college.
Cons: Work life balance during busy times of the year (spring yield) is not advocated for. Underlying expectation that you will do whatever it takes for the office to succeed.
