I wish that I had more knowledge and wisdom behind me regarding proper etiquette in workplace politics. I do believe I was somewhat naive starting in this position. Although, I have learned an extreme amount and taken it all in, it does tend to make a person forget the day to day realization of just being human and not the work machine.
I have also learned how to manage that knowledge and use it to manage the staff I lead.
