Individual talents appreciated.
Administrative Officer in Adelaide:
Pros: Inclusiveness of cultural diversity fostering social justice, equality and innovation. Executive managers are sincere in making a difference to the lives of valued customers. Staff wanting to further their career and thrive are nurtured. Stability, job security in the Aged Care sector is more likely to continue as the demand for quality service providers is sought.
Cons: Being a non for profit organisation we are at times limited by a tight budget. There is a lack of transparency as to those employees at high end exec levels regarding if they also received pay cuts like everyone else recently
November 2020
Stratified Workplace.
Administrative Officer in Bethesda:
Pros: Diversity of work. Ability to work together or independently.
Cons: It is an stratified working environment where there is an elite class and the "less than" workers. Administrative Workers are often treated as "less than" workers. There is also an culture of discrimination. There are also instances of leadership being aware of various discrimination but do not take action unless a case is filed by the employee.
October 2020
Great benefits but very low pay in current market.
Administrative Officer in Irvine:
Pros: working with students and small office of staff
Cons: low pay
