Pros: Location, variety, mobility, field work working with the environment.
Cons: No overtime pay, no work-life balance scheme, pay rise structure dependent to government.

Pros: Having to manage people with various background and achieving organizational goals.
Cons: Non increment and lack of promotion. I haven't been promoted in the last five years.

Pros: International travel arrangement, meeting new people, recording minutes of a meeting and ad hoc administrative requests.
Cons: Isolated, tracking of documents and filing.

Don't stay in the same organisation / position for too long unless you are progressing and learning new skills etc....

Cons: Low level, not challenging, boring.

Pros: Working with others and gaining lots of experience. Data entry and help branding. Flexible.
Cons: Stressful. Time travelling. Certain personality clashes.
