Administrative Officer in Wellington:
Pros: Wellington is a beautiful city with its own harbour. Lots of cruise ships. It is very safe. Very good infrastructure. Lots of culture, cafes, cinemas, theatres. Moderate climate. Food, electricity, city rates and housing are expensive. .
Cons: The traffic and earthquakes.

Pros: Jakarta is my home town and its a central business/economic so a lot of job opportunities.
Cons: Its the traffic which pretty bad here. But the government has try really hard to find solution, they provide more infrastructure (flyover, highway, etc) and built more public transportation (LRT, MRT).
