Pros: It will be my immense pleasure to highlight my efforts, results, rewards and the most importantly opportunities offered to me during last 2 years.
Every day was full of opportunities and new learning, I always gave my best not only to perform but also get the task done from my team mates.I am very thankful to my team as they supported and accomplished most of goals.
We together stood for growth and reputation of our company.
This experience is most liked and memorable part of my journey in Karan Faith Lights.
Cons: It will be my pleasure to mention that I mostly disliked about my job is to miss opportunities due to limited domain.

Work Flexibility and office conditions are excellent.
Administrative Manager:
Pros: The stress level is manageable. The culture of this office gives the office condition and work flexibility an "A". This make it more acceptable since there are little to no perks.
Cons: What I dislike about my job is the fact I don't get paid vacation, or a gratuity/pension.

Make sure you have the support team that has the ability to execute in their areas of expertise. Success comes from the hard work and dedication of those around you.

Obtain highest degree at an early age, know your career path.
Administrative Manager:
Build a positive rapport with your staff, they will trust your judgement. Keep office moral at a high level with incentives and empower them to become familiar with the company and the goals set for the future. Have an open door policy for your staff to discuss concerns or share new ideas.

Not my favorite thing.
Administrative Manager:
Pros: People I work with are nice and respectful. I love doing research, when I update the website it makes me feel like I really know what I'm doing. It is not a stressful environment most of the time.
Cons: I get bored from doing nothing. I feel like I should be doing something else. This job doesn't inspire me and there is no room to grow.
