Pros: HonorHealth is dedicated to their employees and I feel that the culture is genuinely one of caring. I also feel that they recognize those with potential for growth opportunities, and will try to assist them in their professional movement.
Cons: Change is often bottlenecked by late adopters in the medical staff and administration. When you allow path dependency to stunt progress, you often lose good people to will take their talents to places they are used more effectively.
