October 2019
Actuarial Analyst in Phoenix:
The culture of my team is exceptional. The overall culture of the company is bland, as you might expect at a large insurance company. But what you don’t get in collaboration from execs they make up in trying to balance work with life. Pay could probably be better, and the extent to which execs continue to cut benefits will be the extent to which this company fails. What I mean is that my biggest criticism is that as an employee, I don’t feel like my employer views me as it’s greatest asset.
