Pros: Its fast paced, so the day goes by fast.
Cons: Poorly structured. Very little training. Management is constantly looking for direction from owner who likes everything tight gripped. Family owned business with family members in management positions.

I Wish I'd Have Been A CPA.
Accounts Receivable Specialist:
Stay away from medical field. Outsourcing is happening more and more. Insurance companies have too many hoops to jump through in order to get a claim paid. The amount that insurance companies pay to the provider is so much lower than it was 10-15 years ago. It's a sad sad situation.

Keep It Cool But Work Hard.

Pros: It is a good experience to call us and it requires good communication practice, I love to work relaxed and without stress.
Cons: When people starts to discourage you over some issues where you are trying something to improve but it does not come the way you wanted, still the things are pretty good. But they have a problem.

Make sure you get a commitment for regular wage and vacation increases. This is a growing company and as such your responsibilities will be increased regularly. You will learn new experiences and have great opportunities to advance your knowledge. Stressful situation occur in all jobs but there are no financial perks to working for this company that will compensate you.
