Needs to put some sytems in place to make it more productive. Owners are caring and fair people. The only benefits offered are small amount of time off and 7 holidays. There is some employees who would rather complain than work. If you are confident in your skills and are not influenced easily by orhers you will do well. My pay is adaquate.
