Pros: The consistency, ability to worf fixed working hours, free weekends.
Cons: No guest communication, no tips, no proper measurement of my performance, routine job with no ability to expend, low salary.

Pros: I love my Job, the company and the people I work with. The environment is exactly what I need on a daily basis which makes me excellent in my job.
Cons: At this point my only complain is my Salary that I need to re-negotiate.
