Pros: The people seem to be more caring.
Cons: Those who have money don't have to live in substandard housing. The only way to afford a decent home for some is to work 2 jobs and scrape by with daily expenses. The wages don't tend to match what the Government is making off of us.

Aerotek is a great agency for contract/direct hire/temporary employment place. In my opinion, they are well connected with excellent job opportunities for their contract employees.
