The people I worked with at Edgewater were terrific, and got along with everyone at all levels of the company. The pay, however, was never reviewed or changed, and the benefits started out great, but changed and were pretty bad at the end.

Cons: Some people in the organization are resistant to change. Though, this is slowly changing as upper management is pushing for improvement and innovation.

Worst pay structure and non employee friendly organization, deteorating its standards everyday through its policies. The company is working towards destroying its each useful department by dissolving it and handing over the responsibility to the operations department. Whether it is HR, training or transitions, it is non existence in Genpact. Even they are trying to effect their operations by their non effective RPA.
