Great working atmosphere.

Pros: Boss and coworkers are great to work with. Product is straightforward and there is forgiveness when mistakes are made.
Cons: Pay is not transparent and my department is being stretched thin.

Pros: Easy commute, nice area to walk around, good shopping, food, and close to any sort of errand that needs to be (UPS, Post Office, Trader Joe's, CVS, etc)
Cons: The cost of living on the mainline is high, the commute from the isn't great due to the area being so congested, and the suburbs outside of the mainline area are terrible to commute from (Delaware County) or only really have student housing or housing for sale (Chester County). It is a great place to be if you have joint income or have a job that pays reasonably
