Pros: H+K facilitates an environment of learning, career development, and inclusion. The work is rewarding, and the senior staff are incredibly talented and great leaders. There are career advancement opportunities for those who ask for it, though it may require switching specialisms or departments.
Cons: My salary is very low for where I live. I make the same amount as my peers/colleagues living in cities that cost half as much.

Pros: I am not a fan of the business culture in this area. It seems stuffy and a little old school. I think to much of work is focused on it being “work,” rather than bettering ourselves. I’ve seen it a few places here. Where people go to work, go home or to the bar and just feel like it’s groundhogs day. Maybe that is just adulthood though.
Cons: Corporate, stuffy, and controlling. But also a city of Brotherly love and a lot of good people that just are over worked or stagnant leading them to feel tired and uninspired
