Great Work Environment Fun Company.
.NET Software Developer / Programmer in Richmond:
Pros: I love that everyone has a mentality of succeeding and going above and beyond, as such you are never held back by people or processes. Great room to grow.
Cons: Not a lot of structure at all, that is par for the course in consulting, but also not having explicit titles and hierarchical structure can make it hard to find your path, and framework for success.

.NET Software Developer / Programmer in Phoenix:
I found this position to be great. I was able to mingle with a large team of awesome developers. While I was only there as a contractor, I felt like part of the team. I had the opportunity to work remote, but also to go into the office when we needed to collab. Which, the facilities, by the way are very nice. (Chandler, AZ).
May 2019
Excellent Place to Work.
.NET Software Developer / Programmer in Mackay:
Pros: Both Alison and Steven Tye are excellent bosses to work for. They are understanding of work hours on arrangement.l, and they are always open to flexibility in the workplace regarding job titles and personal interest. Recently I expressed an interest to branch out into other areas of the business, having more of a customer relationship directed job over just programming. This was considered and a plan was made to see it happen.
Cons: Some of what we do can be a little out dated considering we are a small company.
April 2019
.NET Software Developer / Programmer in Makati City:
Pros: Flexi-Time. 6 hours of workload per day. Sprint planning.
Cons: Uncertainty for regularization. Manager is kind of biased.
April 2019
Growing company with strong leadership.
.NET Software Developer / Programmer in Omaha:
Pros: I like the smaller company size. They send presents to your kids, are totally debt free, and the top management are one degree away.
Cons: The risks of a smaller company - but they seem to be very strong at the moment.
