Average Salary for Walton County School District Employees

Pros: I love being able to choose which days I sign up for and building relationships with the different school administrations. The teachers I work with are hardworking and care about their students education. There is a lot of new and integrated technology in the classrooms. If I need resources or the students need resources, the administration is good about making sure we have what we need.

Cons: I like least the hourly pay rate.
